Please Note: All classes are held in a heated room (30 degrees C).

Community class

This class is held every Thursday 1.30pm-2.30pm. $5 for everyone.

Week Days

Duration of all classes 90 minutes, except power hour and core power. Please ensure that you arrive to class 5-10 minutes early, the front doors are locked as soon as class starts. All classes are heated.

Vinaysa 1
(Beginner or All-levels) practice lays a solid foundation for students to progress more easily into the Power Basics 2 (Intermediate) and Power 3 (Advanced) Yoga classes.
